Blastomycosis

Blastomycosis is a fungal infection caused by inhaling Blastomyces dermatitidis spores. If it involves only the lungs, it is called pulmonary blastomycosis. [Source: Wikipedia ]

Calcified lymph nodes
Chest wall lesion
Chronic pulmonary lobar consolidation
Diffuse interstitial lung disease with associated lymphadenopathy
Extensive pulmonary opacity with cavitation
Ill-defined multifocal lung opacities
Lung abscess
Mass-like perihilar opacity
Mediastinal and/or hilar lymph node enlargement
Miliary lung opacities
Multiple expanding rib lesions
Multiple radiolucent bone lesions
Pulmonary lobar consolidation
Pulmonary segmental consolidation
Shaggy lung nodule
Soft-tissue mass with adjacent bone erosion
Solitary pulmonary mass
Solitary well-demarcated lytic bone lesion
Unilateral hilar enlargement
Well-defined infectious bone lesion
Widespread abdominal calcifications
Widespread areas of bone destruction
Widespread small irregular lung opacities
