Zenker diverticulum

A Zenker's diverticulum, also pharyngeal pouch, is a diverticulum of the mucosa of the human pharynx, just above the cricopharyngeal muscle (i.e. above the upper sphincter of the esophagus). [Source: Wikipedia ]

Increased prevertebral space in an adult
Lesions of the hypopharynx, larynx, and upper trachea
Middle mediastinal lesion
Recurrent pneumonia
Retained material in hypopharynx
Soft-tissue neck mass
Superior mediastinal mass
Tracheal displacement
Wide superior mediastinum in an infant or child
