Trilogy of Fallot

The Trilogy of Fallot is a rare congenital heart disease consisting of the following defects: pulmonary valve stenosis, right ventricular hypertrophy and atrial septal defect. This disease is 1.6-1.8% of all congenital heart defects. [Source: Wikipedia ]

Congenital heart disease with decreased pulmonary vascularity
Generalized pulmonary arterial hypovascularity
Large main pulmonary artery
Late onset of cyanosis in neonatal congenital heart disease
Left atrial enlargement
Right atrial enlargement
Right ventricular enlargement
Right-to-left atrial shunt
Right-to-left shunt or admixture lesion in congenital heart disease
